Join to apply for the Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Remote) – Operations & Guest Support role at CS Outsource We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant who can support both guest communications and day-to-day operations for our short-term rental portfolio. This role requires someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks across guest services, scheduling, coordination, and backend operational workflows. You will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring guests receive excellent service, cleaners and field teams are coordinated, listings stay updated, and issues are resolved quickly. Key Responsibilities Guest Communication & Support Respond to guest inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking channels. Manage pre-arrival, during-stay, and post-stay communication. Resolve guest concerns and elevate issues to the appropriate department when needed. Ensure all communications follow brand tone and service standards. Operations & Coordination Schedule cleanings, inspections, and maintenance with field teams. Monitor check-in/check-out workflows and ensure all property tasks are completed. Track and update property inventory, supplies, and restocking needs. Maintain calendars, operations boards, and internal SOP compliance. Liaise with cleaners, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of tasks. Assist with updating property listings, amenities, descriptions, and photos. Maintain accuracy across PMS and OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com). Report discrepancies or syncing issues between channel manager and OTAs. Help maintain property manuals, automations, and templates. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues proactively. Coordinate emergency responses with field teams when urgent matters arise. Follow escalation protocols for maintenance, lockouts, or guest-impacting problems. Reporting & Administrative Support Provide daily/weekly updates on operations, inquiries, and task completion. Track reviews, guest feedback, and operational KPIs. Assist with data entry, documentation, and team communication. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or virtual assistance. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using tools such as: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) Slack, Asana, Trello, or similar tools Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new platforms. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating cleaners or field operations. Knowledge of Airbnb/Booking.com policies and best practices. Familiarity with automated messaging tools and SOP workflows. Experience with short‑term rental operations across multi‑property portfolios. #J-18808-Ljbffr
