Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates, delays, and documentation. Collaborate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery. Troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain proactive communication. Maintain records and ensure operational compliance. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service in the supply chain field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with logistics platforms or tools. English proficiency (intermediate or above). Based in LATAM or Mexico.Rate: 650 USD dollars per month
