Job Description Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3 months with potential to extend Work set up: Remote during the contract period; hybrid arrangement if converted to a permanent role. Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for an experienced marketing and communications lead for the Mexico operations division. This individual will work alongside the Head of Marketing on all marketing and communications activities in Mexico, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving brand presence in the region. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution. What you will do: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business growth and brand positioning in Mexico. Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of integrated marketing campaigns. Provide guidance and mentorship to the local marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance. Partner with regional and country leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with corporate objectives. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI on all activities. Coordinate with external partners for creative, media, and PR support. Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. Qualifications 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles. Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in a regional or country‑level capacity. Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, and communications. Experience managing teams and working cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Prior experience in Mexico and North LATAM markets. Familiarity with global brand standards and regional adaptation. Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution. Ability to set clear priorities and align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Skilled at motivating teams and influencing stakeholders across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences. Proficient in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving results in a dynamic environment. Builds strong relationships across regional and country teams.
