You Are: UST is looking for a HR Manager with very good English communication skills.Job Requirements:~9+ years of experience as HR manager~ Experience in IT companies~ Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits~ Must have deep knowledge on the Business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented~ Relevant HRC1 certification~ Expertise in HR policies and procedures~ Strong knowledge of hiring processes~ Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations~ Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages~ Experience with performance management procedures~ Legal knowledge~ Payroll~ Clear perspective of functional and organizational objectives while designing and delivering efficient systems and processes.~ Domain knowledge in one or more areas of HR specialization.~ Process re-engineering capability Knowledge on technology automation and building scaleIf you are interested, please send your resume in English to: marlen.osorio@ust.com, including your salary expectation.
