Team Leader Sales and Project Support - Customer Service Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one‑to‑one guidance. Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution. Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met. Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution. Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast. Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales, Logistics, Finance & Invoicing. Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle. Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases. Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues. Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items. Oversee pricing and ensure cost accuracy. Create AR invoicing plans and approve milestone‑based invoices suggested by AR specialists. Monitor team KPIs and drive continuous performance optimization. Prepare and share commerce‑related financial/operational reports. Monitor project status, resolve cross‑functional issues, and support communication. Cooperate with Cash Collection to ensure timely payments. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field. 4+ years of experience in order management, project support, or sales operations. Proven experience in leading or supervising a team. English – Advanced. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, pricing, or returns management. Knowledge of order configuration and stock reassignment processes.
