Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager Manage all quality in the project at the site. Responsabilidades Set and monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to achieve Quality (Customer and VALEO) and cost targets. Define the quality cost of the project and follow up customer milestones. Detect risks and prevent problems from cradle to grave. React when a risk is identified and elevate roadblocks to PG / PL management. Ensure CPM is respected. Maintain build‑in quality standards: use the SPPC tracking sheet and respect the SPPC identification procedure. Transfer SPPC to suppliers via VRFs. Challenge other PTMs on their activities. Focus on design and change management. Ensure innovations in product and process are incorporated into DFMEA, PFMEA, DV & PV. Verify that LLCs are applied in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN. After design freeze, ensure the 4M matrix is respected for product or process changes and obtain customer awareness and approval of changes. Update quality documents following product or process changes. Participate in design reviews, including suppliers and tool‑maker reviews. Revise the control plan after issues or test results. Support supplier‑management activities and activities for internal and external supplier parts on Valeo sites, in line with the Quality RASIC. Collect supplier‑encountered issues and alternative proposals to integrate best practice. Obtain IS validation from the customer on time. Define prototype, pre‑serial, and serial control plans as milestone owners. Ensure consistency between SPPC, FMEA, and the control plan. Participate in pre‑FDPR and FDPR. Prepare IS internal and customer deliverables, including the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager and presented to the customer for sign‑off. Ensure all issues are listed in the single issue list and managed in QRQC. During QRQC, enforce rulesprocessable and stop when there is a disagreement or a negative outcome.Initiate a VIM incident in case of DV or PV test failures.
