Organizar pre series en las líneas de producción con toda la plataforma involucrada y el equipo de compras cuando aplique.2. Actualización de instructivos de trabajo.3. Manejo de software IQRM para PFMEA.4. Actualización de AMEF en sistema Valeo.5. Soporte al equipo de Compras P0 para validaciones.6. Fabricación de prototipos para evaluar cambios técnicos.7. Parametrización de líneas de producción para nuevos modelos.8. Modificar secuencias de PLC para integrar nuevos modelos.9. Modificar pantallas (HMI) en las líneas de producción para introducción de nuevos modelos.10. Documentar las corridas controladas de producción11. Seguimiento a validaciones internas de proceso12. Organizar y realizar FDPR para validación de proceso de nuevos modelos13. Seguimiento para cierre de acciones correctivas (CARs)14. Liderar auditorías con SGC para validaciones internas15.
