This role is crucial in maintaining financial clarity, preventing errors, and supporting smooth field execution.Key ResponsibilitiesExpense & Reimbursement ManagementReview, validate, and organize receipts, mileage logs, and field expensesApply policies correctly (gas, meals, tools, mileage, insurance, etc.)Reconcile discrepancies and escalate when something doesn't make senseVendor Invoice Control & Payment TrackingLog and classify vendor invoices tied to installations and subcontractorsMatch invoices to the correct job ID/folioTrack pending or overdue payments and coordinate with FinanceCommunicate with vendors to clarify missing or duplicate chargesInstaller Payment SupportVerify installer submissions and job-related expensesFlag missing evidence or incorrect reportsMaintain visibility of payment status for Operations LeadsOperational Reporting & Data IntegrityProduce weekly summaries of expenses and discrepanciesMaintain accurate records across systemsSupport audits and improvements to financial controlsCross-Department Collaboration• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Install Tech Leads, Scheduling & Procurement• Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and timelyLocationRemote (Mexico)If you're a proactive person who loves structure, clear processes, and catching financial inconsistencies before they become problems — we'd love to meet you.Salary Range: $15,000 - $20,000 monthly.#128188; Apply directly please or send me your cv
