Are you looking to work for an innovative and fast-growing company in a fully remote role?We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to support our clients with advanced bookkeeping operations, accurate financial reporting, and process optimization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with precision and professionalism.The ideal candidate has deep experience in bookkeeping, accounting principles, payroll processing, and cloud-based financial tools. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with significant room for professional growth.Salary range: $1,500 USD – $2,000 USD/month, depending on experience and seniority.Candidates must be located in LATAM. The role is 100% Remote.ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISHResponsibilitiesOversee and manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain and manage general ledgers, including chart of accounts setup and adjustments.Perform accurate financial data entry, transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, and expense categorization.Manage complex Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.Prepare monthly financial statements, working papers, and supporting documentation.Handle payroll processing using tools such as Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Wagepoint, or similar systems.Manage sales tax filings; familiarity with Canadian sales tax and/or US tools like Avalara or TaxJar is a strong plus.Support client onboarding: set up bookkeeping systems, workflows, and financial documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation, clarify discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of reports.RequirementsDegree in Accounting (Bachelor’s or Master’s).CPA designation required.4+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, including:Bank reconciliationsTransaction codingAR/AP managementPayroll processingPreparing financial statementsCreating working papersExperience supporting multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Fluent English (written and spoken) — you must be able to hold a professional business conversation in English.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.Technical ProficiencyCloud bookkeeping platforms: QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Dext, or similar.Payroll systems: Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Wagepoint, etc.Sales tax tools: Avalara, TaxJar (preferred).Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Drive.Ability to adapt quickly to new software and client workflows.
