Descripción del trabajo About us Cira Apps is a SaaS company with solutions that enhance Office 365 productivity for iPhone and Android business users. CiraSync, the flagship product, is used by more than 12,000 companies to provide productivity gains and cost savings of contact and calendar automation. About the Role The Partnership Development Lead is responsible for implementing a cohesive business development strategy to identify and advance new opportunities to drive growth, sustainability, and impact. This role will explore and secure new partners and manage existing relationships with regulatory. Overview As a Partner Development Lead, you will develop and maintain relationships with mid & large partners from, managed service, resellers and referrals partners. How you will lead Responsible for growing, developing and managing Cira Apps relationships with Partners Proven track record of successful pipeline development and implementation, including design, optimization and scaling of processes to improve efficiency and meet business objectives Demonstrate to large audiences and deliver demos and webinars in person and virtually Develop strong relationships at all levels within Cira Apps partner ecosystem Communicates and understands widely available data such as historical sales trends, category / market growth, analysis of accounts and general market information Actively uses metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a weekly basis Innovates in the business model as appropriate, incorporating best practices from other companies and from within Cira Apps Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross-functional business unit colleagues to drive results What you'll bring Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience You have a track record of success in a Partner Development Management role You are customer obsessed and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication and organizational skills You have experience dealing with multiple decision-makers You have strong data analysis skills, with the ability to source and interpret data and take actions based on the insights derived from them You have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks You're a problem solver with the ability to innovate and analyze alternative solutions You're detail focused and execute with excellence while owning the outcome Demonstrated experience working with project management tools Knowledge and experience leveraging Salesforce CRM Bilingual Benefits of working at Cira Apps Great product to sell Executive team fully supporting the sales process Work from anywhere International experience and team Flexible hours Compensation matching your experience and skill set #J-18808-Ljbffr
