Smith & Associates is looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our Guadalajara team. Smith & Associates is a fast-paced, innovative leader in electronic component distribution. Join our dynamic team and help us drive success by providing world/class support to our sales organization. The Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Key Account Coordinator to be an essential bridge between our sales, operations, credit, and internal teams. In this strategic support role, you will empower our account executives to focus on sales activities by taking ownership of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks throughout the sales cycle. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills who excels in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about contributing to the overall success of a sales team. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide support to key accounts and customers by managing order processing and ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the system by diligently entering, updating, and managing sales records, accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Collaborate with multiple departments such as the purchasing team for pricing and sourcing, the sales team for reporting and the operations team for shipping. Conduct market and industry research. REQUIREMENTS At least one year of experience in the industry Bachelors in international trade, business administration or a related field Fluent in English (both conversational and written) Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent communication skills Prior administrative support experience preferred Tech Savvy WHY JOIN US?
