As a Sourcer, you will join a team of all-star professionals as we partner with hiring managers to fill our company's vacancies promptly. This position is 100% on-site, and we're looking for someone local to Mexico City. If you live in the area, speak 100% fluent English, possess strong Boolean logic experience, and are eager to join a growing team, this is the job for youResponsibilitiesConduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States.Meet established metrics and KPIs.Use traditional resources, such as Linkedin and Indeed to identify, attract, and source quality applicants.Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.Communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed.QualificationsCan independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed.
