We're a fast-moving, mission-driven team with deep experience in AI, enterprise systems, and startup building.Role: Technical Customer Success EngineerYou will be the technical owner of the customer journey post-sale, leading implementation, ensuring smooth integrations, and driving long-term product adoption. This hybrid role blends solution architecture , data engineering , and customer-facing consulting .Build and validate ETL pipelines (Python/SQL/integration platforms).Configure API/MCP integrations with systems like CRM, ERP, and FMS (Facilities Management System).Deploy AI agents and establish initial performance baselines.Coordinate cross-functionally and track progress in Notion/Slack.Customer Success & AdoptionMonitor system health and troubleshoot integration or performance issues.UAT & Quality AssuranceSet up UAT environments with production parity.Build and run test cases (load, data integrity, agent accuracy).Track and resolve defects with Engineering.Analyze logs/telemetry to optimize performance and scalability.Provide structured feedback to Product & Engineering.Proficient in Python, SQL, and data engineering fundamentals.Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, CRMs, ERPs, or FMS platforms.Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues.Comfortable with performance tuning and UAT processes.Confident running discovery calls, training workshops, and executive briefings.Organized project lead who manages timelines and milestones.Capable of writing clear technical narratives and success stories.High UAT pass rate with low post-launch issues
