Descripción del trabajo Jellyfish is an award‑winning global digital agency and we are looking for a talented and self‑motivated Performance Specialist to join our growing team in Mexico. If you enjoy working with data, sharing ideas and love being part of a collaborative team within a growing, international agency, then this role is for you. As a diverse digital marketing agency, you will work on everything from uncovering areas of opportunity to creating effective campaigns. You will manage and execute search strategies for clients across a variety of industries, using both paid search and organic tactics. The specialist will devise content strategies, research and test keywords, manage paid media campaigns, analyze click‑through data, and identify synergies between SEO and SEM to inform both strategies. Responsabilidades Manage and optimize search campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing) using updated features such as ad extensions, dynamic search ads, remarketing lists. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Proactively perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization. Combine data and analytics across sources into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Perform regular competitive research analysis, analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI. Stay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in the search marketplace. Discuss high‑level optimizations and strategy with clients. Calificaciones Extensive knowledge of social media and advertising platforms including Google and Bing. Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, especially Search, Display, Remarketing, Google Shopping. Google Analytics experience is a must. Pixel knowledge and understanding. Knowledge of Search Ads 360. Strong verbal and communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Self‑motivated with a sense of ownership. Flexible, versatile and able to cope well under pressure. A team player with high energy and excitement. Highly organized and numbers‑oriented; basic reporting in Google Sheets/Excel.
