Customer Service Representative At Near, we help top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies. Our client ensures every customer has a smooth, professional experience from the very first interaction to the moment their service is delivered. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who can manage inbound and outbound leads, book appointments, coordinate dispatch, and work closely with our Sales team to keep everything running seamlessly.
This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
Receive and qualify inbound leads from calls, web forms, and CRM entries. Make outbound calls/texts/emails to unscheduled leads, following up until they are scheduled. Create and transfer the service tickets and installation requests to the proper teams. Schedule, confirm and assign appointments to the right team members, ensuring schedules are efficient and customers are taken care of.
Partner closely with the Field Sales team and Service team to ensure accurate information transfer, and strong customer follow‑up. Keep the CRM up to date with accurate customer and lead information. Provide friendly, professional communication with customers at every step. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in customer success, dispatching, inside sales, or a similar role.
Proven experience working with US customers. Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus, not required). Comfortable making and receiving calls in a busy, customer-facing role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Tech‑savvy with CRM systems and reporting tools. A team player who enjoys collaborating with both Sales and Operations. Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and great communication skills. Reliable remote work setup with strong internet connection.
