Position Overview Support the ISG Insights Based Outreach Program, with a goal of cultivating leads from new logos and welcome back clients that will result in new sales and clients to ISG. The major activities include establishing new logo connections through LinkedIn, coordinating developing targeted content with the Industry Leaders, and executing the process of regular outreach on a bi‑weekly basis. It has been found in our initial test within our Banking & Financial Services Industry that over 50% of new Senior Executive LinkedIn connections click and read the content we send on a bi‑weekly basis. This is a tremendously successful channel for outreach that will, over a period of time, result in requests for information and meetings (leads) where ISG can pursue new business. Responsibilities Establishing new logo connections through LinkedIn Work with Sales Hub Coordinator and New Logo Networking Coordinator to research executives in provided logos from the Industries Create contact records within Salesforce for each prospect contact Send an invitation from an ISG SME LinkedIn account to those prospects to connect, potentially utilizing other LinkedIn relationships to establish the right connections Work with Lead on targeted content with the Industry Leaders Coordinate across ISG Industry Leaders, their team/SMEs, Marketing, a writer/editor, and the rest of the sales hub to prepare quality content and messaging to send to new connections in LinkedIn Executing the process of regular outreach on a bi‑weekly basis Monitor the LinkedIn Accounts for acceptances of invitations Send targeted content developed in point 2 above, upon approval from the Industry Leader Monitor activity such as opening messages, clicking on links (reviewing content), and responses Continue to coordinate across ISG Industry Leaders for their approval of additional content to send as appropriate Look for improvement opportunities of the process and update documentation Provide weekly status reporting across the industries on progress Work with Salesforce Administrator, Sales Hub Coordinator and New Logo Networking Coordinator on activity reporting on Salesforce Required Skillsets Excellent English communication skills This position will support the PST time zone This position is remote based in Mexico Additional activities to provide a holistic view of how marketing and sales is conducting within a small firm include the following Take training on LinkedIn, Salesforce Attend bi‑weekly sales team meetings and weekly sales hub meetings Attend weekly Industry Meetings on outreach and content Work with Marketing to understand how ISG conducts marketing activities Attend weekly opportunity pursuit review meetings Participate in a pursuit within an Industry you have been assigned, observing the roles, activities, and process for pursuing ISG business At ISG, we don't just accept difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our clients, and our communities.
