Customer Support Specialist. Games Jobs Direct • Mexico City, Mexico Description Scopely is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Playgami team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub. Playgami is building the best SaaS gaming platform ever The team strives to create the world's best products for game production, operation, and insights, powering many award‑winning beloved‑by‑millions franchise games over mobile, web, and PC. What You Will Do Triage incoming customer requests, inquiries and CE promptly and accurately. Assess the urgency and severity of each problem and assign appropriate priority levels based on predefined criteria. Collaborate with other support team members, including technical specialists and experts, to ensure timely resolution of customer queries. Perform initial troubleshooting and gather relevant information from games to help diagnose and resolve their issues effectively. Act as a liaison between customers and different departments within the organization, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates on issue resolution progress. Contribute to the development and improvement of triage processes, tools, and documentation to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. Excel in communication with our games, setting expectations on the resolution of their requests. What We’re Looking For avalt: proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on triage or issue management. Technical background with experience in digital technologies. Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely. Quick learner and self‑starter with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and a strong senseრცელ of customer commitment. Familiarity with customer support.
