📍 Location: Mexico City | 🏢 Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote About the Role We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the team of a major global client. In this role, you’ll manage enterprise accounts, deliver exceptional support, and ensure clients maximize the value of their solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of premium enterprise clients. Handle daily requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams. Design search blueprints and dashboards using Boolean logic. Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients. Deliver demos, training sessions, and enablement programs to drive adoption. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of B2B client support experience, ideally in SaaS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
