We are seeking an Operations Associate to support efficient logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical duties, contributing to the team’s success. This role is based in CDMX with a hybrid work arrangement in Colonia Federal, near the AICM.Role The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support. This role demonstrates dependability in handling tasks, a caring attitude towards team collaboration, a proactive approach to improving processes, and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and solve challenges, all contributing to the operational success of the company. ResponsibilitiesManage essential office tasks and coordinate logistics activitiesProvide comprehensive support to the operations teamMonitor and follow up on maritime import operations and carrier communicationsCoordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of operationsSupport in tracking operations and maintaining accurate records QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a forwarder or similar logistics/operations roleExperience operating with shipping lines (navieras)Experience in maritime imports and tracking operationsCustomer service orientation and strong communication skillsTeam player with ability to work in a collaborative environmentSpanish: native or proficient; English: desirable Job DetailsEmployment type: Full-time, permanentLocation: Remote-hybrid in Colonia Federal, Venustiano Carranza, CDMXSalary: 21,000 (local currency)Benefits: Savings fund 13%, Grocery vouchers 11.5%, Restaurant vouchers 1 UMA per paid workday, 30 days of annual bonus, SGMM, Life insurance, PTU Inclusion and diversity are core values in our culture.
