About The RoleOur next HR Associate will be part of the Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico.
This role involves working with many aspects of HR and supporting people across the organization. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills. What You’ll Be DoingRespond to questions on basic HR practices, processes and policies for Mexico, USA, and other countries via multiple channels (e‑mail, phone, chat, and case management system). Answer basic HR policy–related questions for managers, employees and coworkers and escalating as appropriate.
Field general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members or management as necessary. Educate clients in Mexico on available services and promote the use of self‑service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Utilize Workday to process specific employee‑related transactions and audit work performed by other team members.
Continuously create and define process improvements. What We’re Looking ForExcellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English. Minimum 1 year of HR service‑center experience with inquiries from Mexico and the USA. Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business‑related field required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Skilled in preparing clear, concise documents, including correspondences and other written materials. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment. Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information. Ability to demonstrate effective customer‑service skills. Knowledge of effective office practices and etiquette. Highly preferred: experience with applicant‑tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.
