The company operates 228 locations with over 90 locations served and employs about 22,000 people.About The RoleOur next HR Associate will be part of the Corporate HR Team within the HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This role involves working with many aspects of HR and supporting people throughout the organization. We are looking for a candidate with HR experience, especially handling inquiries from Mexico, the US, and other countries, who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, confidentiality, professional demeanor, problem-solving skills, and strong Excel capabilities.What You’ll Be DoingRespond to questions on basic HR practices, processes and policies for Mexico, USA, and other countries via multiple channels within the HR Solutions Center (e-mail, phone, chat, and case management system).Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees, and coworkers in Mexico, USA, and other countries; escalate as appropriate.Field general inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalate to senior team members and/or management as necessary.Educate clients in Mexico about available services and promote self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions and audit work performed by other team members.Continuously create and define process improvements.What We're Looking ForExcellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience handling Mexico and USA inquiries.Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to prepare clear and concise documents and written materials.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments with deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.Strong customer service skills.Knowledge of standard office practices and etiquette.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday is highly preferred.What’s in It for You?Arrow offers competitive compensation and a solid benefits package.
