Customer Service Representative

About UsWe are a fast-growing roofing company focused on residential roof replacements and repairs. We generate leads through Facebook Ads, Google, and other inbound sources and are scaling aggressively. We’re looking for a sharp, confident SDR / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact with homeowners and book qualified roof inspections for our sales team. If you’re money-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and know how to control conversations without sounding salesy, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Call inbound leads quickly and follow up with unresponsive prospectsMake outbound calls/texts to warm leadsQualify homeowners (property type, ownership, timing, issues)Book confirmed roof inspection appointments on our calendarHandle objections professionally (price concerns, “just looking,” timing)Send confirmation texts and reminders to reduce no-showsUpdate CRM notes accurately and consistentlyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong phone presence and clear communicationComfortable talking to homeowners (no fear of objections)Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-upsCoachable and open to scripts and call reviewsExperience in roofing, home services, or appointment setting is a BIG plusExperience with CRMs, SMS, and dialers preferredCompensation Base pay + Performance bonuses Clear path to higher pay and leadership as we scaleWhy This Role Is Different, Warm leads Simple offer homeowners understandShort sales cycleOpportunity to grow into Senior CSR or Inside SalesDirect access to ownership and real feedbackHow to ApplySend:A short VIDEO on why you’d be good for this roleAny relevant sales or appointment-setting experienceYour availability (days / hours per week)
