About the Team Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe’s success. We have a world‑class team working together to attract and hire thoughtful, collaborative, and focused people who drive Stripe’s global impact. In this role, you will manage a team of full‑cycle recruiters in CDMX who support the Global Operations organization and are responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC). The SDC is our Global Operational Center of Excellence, a critical component of Stripe’s growth strategy. Recruiting for the SDC requires high attention to detail, impeccable operational rigor, and strong stakeholder‑management skills. What you’ll do This manager will develop and support recruiters, streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and provide metrics and analysis on hiring progress. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals. This individual must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for iterating on hiring processes. Responsibilities Manage and scale a team of full‑cycle recruiters to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional development Partner with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across our CDMX lines of business Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high‑quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and make improvements to the current process Continue to work on active requisitions when necessary Minimum Requirements 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house experience preferred) 2+ years of recruiting management experience Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner Experience partnering with senior level management and stakeholders Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels Exceptional teamwork and multi‑tasking skills Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvement In‑office Expectations Office‑assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in‑office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements to support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss.
