Supports higher-level delivery management consultants and leaders. Coordinates development and consolidation of technical and process documentation. Directly assists clients in identifying issues / obstacles and alternatives for resolution. Services delivered are typically less complex (in terms of number of locations, products delivered or system complexity) and smaller in revenue scope. Focus of activities is primarily data analysis and reporting. Interactions are primarily with internal team with limited interaction with client.
