Channel Sales ManagerMosaic is currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our innovative, growing teamThe Hardware Partnerships team was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Lead Tech client's software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a leading tech-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers at a regional level. This includes the partnerships for products with leading tech brand.The role: The Leading Tech Field Sales team focuses on leading tech-branded hardware across product categories. Our team is responsible for managing partnerships with our top retailers, including developing channel strategy, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, product & engineering, finance and retail marketing teams internally, and with our carrier counterparts across these disciplines.Annual Salary$465,672 MXNIn this role as Channel Sales Manager, you will do the following: Manage Regional Sellout Performance: Work with regional partners to identify strategy to diagnose and improve the performance of underperforming cities and develop pilot programs, incentives, and events to increase regional market share/sales liftRegional Business Development & Planning: Lead regional joint business planning and strategy development based on partner opportunities. Analyze and report on regional insights and in-the-field researchPartnership Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with partner regional leadershipsRegional Level Incentives: Develop and execute regional sell out incentives. Analyze lift and ROI on incentives.Launch Execution: Drive flawless regional launch executionProgram and Event Execution: Leader execution of regional programs, promos, trainings, and events by coordinating with regional carrier team and cross functional teamsEssential Functions:Up to 80% travel within MexicoDrive sell-out of leading tech products through innovation, relationships, and sale strategies at the carrier levelManage day-to-day Operations for leading tech’s retail presence, including travel as neededDistill insights and pursue improvements based on analysis of key performance metricsDevelop key relationships and influence carrier partners at the regional levelEnsure the successful implementation and ongoing management of all customer programs and new products and servicesWork with 3rd party vendor resources to deliver upon SLA’s and contract termsQualifications MUST be Bilingual in English and SpanishBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in retailer channel field sales and operationsDeep understanding of carrier channel, economics, incentives and operational dynamicsExisting relationships within Regional or District Retailer HQs and fluid at navigating Markets/HQ dynamics preferredExcellent intrinsic skillset: communications, problem solving, leadership
