Job Overview As part of the Human Resources Operations Services Team, the Human Resources Operational Services Specialist will support HR, business, and functional leaders and employees across the US, Canada, and globally. The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling a variety of HR transactions, providing excellent customer service, and project leadership and support to the organization as needed. Additional actions include interacting with other HR functional areas such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compliance, Employee Relations, and other enterprise functions. The position reports into the Mexico HR Operational Services Lead and is located in Juarez, Mexico. Day In The Life Responsible for employee data loads & imports to support mass changes in partnership with HR IT Ensuring timely resolution of tickets, emails, escalations & general inquiries in accordance with policies, procedures and the service model/agreement Entering, maintaining & validating human resources transactions in SuccessFactors and other HR systems as required (onboarding, separations, unemployment claims, employment verifications, etc.) Supporting HR Operational Services team projects including acquisitions, divestitures, and cross‑functional initiatives Serving as project leader for initiatives, including enhancement work, functional improvements, training, and cross‑functional efforts Independently managing projects or workstreams involving HRBPs, COEs, IT, Finance and other functions, presenting findings, solutions, overseeing testing, communication, training, implementation, and conducting meetings as required Being familiar with the functionality of the various HR systems and modules to maintain accurate employee records Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data and transactions Utilizing system knowledge to understand business processes, identify gaps, opportunities, & system enhancements, documenting & communicating suggestions, and supporting implementation of approved improvements Collaborating with HR teammates to foster effective relationships and promote positive system and process improvements Qualifications Advanced English level; written and oral skills required College degree in Business, HR or a related field preferred Previous HRIS systems support experience (SuccessFactors strongly preferred) Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Experience leading projects Ability to manage multiple priorities Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines Customer service/customer‑facing skills Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment Analytical and troubleshooting skills Company Overview Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
