What You'll Bring to the Table Experience: At least 6 months as an English-speaking appointment setter with a strong background in calling for janitorial services - required Flexibility: Ready to work U.S. shifts with fixed weekends off. Communication: Articulate and persuasive, both over the phone and in writing. Mindset: Positive, optimistic, and resilient. Self-Starter: Thrives in a remote environment with little oversight. Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, connecting with colleagues across the country.
