Descripción de puesto
Buscamos un Business Development Representative (BDR) altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse al equipo de Pulsar. Este rol será fundamental para el crecimiento de nuestra empresa, ya que serás responsable de identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de estrategias outbound e inbound. El objetivo principal será buscar clientes potenciales, establecer contacto con ellos para luego pasar la oportunidad a nuestros Account Executives.

Responsabilidades
- Generación de leads y prospección de clientes: Identificar y calificar nuevos prospectos de negocios a través de diversas fuentes como LinkedIn, bases de datos empresariales, redes sociales, y otros métodos de investigación outbound e inbound.
- Establecer contacto inicial con potenciales clientes mediante llamadas en frío.
- Transferir leads calificados al equipo de ventas, dar seguimiento hasta lograr que tengan una alta probabilidad de convertirse en clientes.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva la propuesta de valor de la empresa y sus soluciones a los prospectos, captando su interés y destacando los beneficios de nuestros productos o servicios.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una transición fluida de los leads calificados y contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias para mejorar el proceso de generación de leads.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas, Negocios, o carreras de ingeniería con experiencia en ventas.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol similar de BDR, SDR o ventas outbound/inbound, preferentemente en un entorno B2B.
- Experiencia en el uso de CRM tales como Salesforce o Hubspot.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información.
- Atención meticulosa al detalle y capacidad para verificar y validar la precisión de los datos recopilados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborativa en un entorno de equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Conocimiento en el manejo de herramientas de prospección como Linkedin, Lusha, Apollo, etc.
