About This Position As a member of Forvis Mazars Asia-Pacific, based in Mexico City, you will be involved in the continued development, planning, and implementing Oracle NetSuite (cloud-based ERP system) for other Forvis Mazars Entities. Also as an experienced ERP Support Specialist, you will conduct change and adaptation of NetSuite ERP set up in the region: be the key Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite matters reported by various Forvis Mazars offices, lead the discussion with end-user to fully understand business requirements, enhancement requests and conduct the configuration when necessary, ensure that the requests sent by other Forvis Mazars offices are answered timely, enhance NetSuite application to meet countries' business requirements when necessary, provide excellent customer support. You will ensure in coordination with other team members, that full support to all end-users is provided under the terms of the Service Level Agreement provide implementation data migration and support services to new and existing countries, share your functional / expertise in coordination with other team members, provide excellent customer service, delivering advanced functional support for different business needs, work with Forvis Mazars entities to ensure stability and alignment of the various databases every month, establish a good relationship with Forvis Mazars countries, getting to know their businesses and how they use the systems for their day-to-day activities, analyse complex end-user issues related to data and business processes. And you will endorse other responsibilities as create detailed documentation and training materials for project / ERP management and conduct NetSuite end-user training in French. Requirements – Bachelor's degree: IT or Accounting – Language: Spanish, French, English is a plus – Location: Mexico Main responsibilities – Lead initiatives to identify, evaluate and recommend changes to the ERP business landscape in line with the system governance structure. As Subject Matter Expert on all NetSuite workflows, provides first level assessment of all change requests. – Manages the launch of all new workflows including system documentation, end-user communications, end-user training and support. – Implementations: Participate in all new country implementations with the NetSuite Central Team and local country teams. Explain the full end to end workflow on NetSuite. Understands the new country requirements and designs the solution in liaison with the technical team. – Monitors and documents project status to all stakeholders – elevate issues when required. – System documentation – Responsible for maintenance of all system design specification and system workflow documentation – Build and maintain SOP manual and FAQs manuals. – Responsible for design and maintenance of all system end-user training material. – Review, test, document and roll out NetSuite new release feature, when the new feature is useful.– Training: Delivers training on the software to end-users, colleagues and to 3rd parties for demo purposes as well as data – Coordinate with Oracle NetSuite support team Knowledge and Skills– Initiative – Decision-making – Adaptability – Analytical skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)– Strong knowledge of finance is a plus. – You have a proven track record on ERP enhancements and training. – You have knowledge and experience of NetSuite (Desired, but not mandatory). – You are team-oriented, and attentive to detail. – You have a proven track record in supporting regional cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, client-facing consultants, etc.)– SQL/Scripting knowledge (Desired, but not mandatory) What Can We Offer You?– Immediate incorporation into a multinational firm with a well-established position in the audit, tax, and consulting market. – Opportunity for international exposure as part of your professional development. – Competitive Compensation And Benefits Package. – Continuous training plan that will enable you to achieve the highest levels of technical excellence and leadership, building personalized and rewarding careers. – Supportive work environment that promotes a culture of ongoing feedback How to Apply?
