We're looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Player Support Agent to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- Respond to player inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.- Assist players with game-related questions, troubleshooting, and account issues.- Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions, showing empathy and understanding towards player concerns.- Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.- Document and report recurring player issues to the senior support team.- Contribute to the development of player support resources, such as FAQs and tutorials.- Stay informed about game updates, changes, and known issues to provide accurate information.- Promote positive interactions within the gaming community and help enforce forum rules.**Qualifications**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for gaming and a good understanding of game mechanics.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing support needs.- Basic technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot common gaming issues.- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.**Wage**:- 18,000.00 MXN/Monthly
