We value proactive, curious, and team-oriented professionals who are ready to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.We Need You To:🌍 Be our Market ExplorerProactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field researchBuild trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations📈 Become a Growth ArchitectDevelop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through:Data-driven product selectionTraffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration)Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)🛠 Serve as Operational PartnerGuide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setupProvide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plansKey Requirements:Fluent professional English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fieldsStrong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis capabilityExperience in B2B sales or e-commerce are a big plusUnderstanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., Guadalajara footwear, León leather goods)
