Join to apply for the Senior Analyst - Manufacturing Domain role at Golabs TechJob Title : Senior Analyst - Manufacturing Domain (Contractor)Location : LATAM (Preferably Mexico)Mode : 100% Remote About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with a strong combination of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate excels at turning data into business insights, independently leading client engagements, and driving measurable impact. Experience in the Manufacturing domain is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Advanced Analytics & Technical Expertise: Apply Python, SQL, and advanced analytics / statistical techniques (e.g., general linear models) to solve complex business problems. Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate results effectively. Lead at least one client engagement independently, ensuring full end-to-end project delivery. Manage stakeholder communication, provide regular updates, monitor risks, and track project success metrics. Business Problem Solving: Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical problems. Form hypotheses, design experiments, run analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted thought partner. Support growth initiatives including RFP participation, proposal preparation, and sales conversations. Team Coaching & Firm Building: Mentor and coach team members on analytics techniques, problem-solving approaches, project management, and client communication. Participate in firm-building initiatives such as internal training sessions and capability development.
