Overview:**Senior Technical Analyst**As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will provide end-to-end support for SITA suites to customers.A Senior Technical Analyst develops, fosters, and maintains relationships with Project Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Service Technicians, and Marketing/Sales to ensure organizational success.Reporting to the Manager Application Management you will be a part of the AMER Project Delivery.At SITA, we achieve more, together.Are you ready to join us?**What You Will Do**Systems implementation for customers, customer requirements gathering, software implementation and integration, user acceptance testing, training, software install documentation, and ongoing maintenance and support for all SITA's products.Responsible for resolution of escalated technical issues requiring a higher level of expertise.Qualifications:**Who you are**Traveling across the Americas region is required, traveling percentage is 60%-70%.Experience with Microsoft Clustering Technologies (Failover Clusters, Hyper-V Clusters, SQL Server Clusters)Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) and SAN protocols (iSCSI, Fiber Channel)Experience with client-side scripting technologies and core functions including PowerShell, XML, XSL, HTML, WPF, WMIExperience with virtualization technologies (VMware-ESX/ESXi/VSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)Experience with core networking and the OSI model (DNS/DHCP/VLANS/Routing/Firewalls/Access Lists, etc.)Microsoft, Cisco, or Tier 1 vendor certification a plus (MCSA, MCSE, MCSM, CCNA, CCNP)English and Spanish proficiency is required, Portuguese is highly desirable.**What we offer**SITA's workplace is all about diversity many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues who've been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.SITA is a place of change and constant improvement, where we're always pushing ourselves to find better ways of doing things smarter, quicker, easier, for us and our customers and for their customers too.And we offer all the good stuff you'd expect like holidays, bonus, flexible benefits, medical policy, pension plan and access to world class learning.Welcome to SITAWe design, build, and support technology solutions all with one vision to create easy air travel every step of the way.As an organization, we cover 95% of all international air travel destinations and work with over 2,800 air transport and government customers in every corner of the globe.Are you ready to explore the opportunities?
