Working out of Monterrey, MX we are looking for our next Account Executive. Responsibilities Creating and maintaining strong customer relationships Negotiating with shippers and carriers Shipment tracking – monitor pickup and delivery Gathering required shipping documentation Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers Minor accounting functions and data entry On-site shipper visits for our core customers Secure opportunities with decision makers Establish relationships with account C‑suite Sserve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service offerings and market trends Maintain operational efficiencies for book of business Qualifications Bilingual in English & Spanish 1+ years’ experience in the logistics industry Customer service and sales experience Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills Possess professional phone mannerisms Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible Capable of working autonomously Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in both English & Spanish Available to work Monday through Friday (8:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and every other weekend Benefits Robust industry with training and mentorship Competitive medical and dental benefits Life insurance Personal and volunteer time off Paid vacation after probationary period #J-18808-Ljbffr
