Join to apply for the Client Service Specialist role at Infor. We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide quality customer support to our new and existing customer base at Infor Nexus within the Global Services organization. It is a visible position that requires a substantive level of proactive problem solving and technical skillset. For our Support Hiring strategy, we are moving the US position to Mexico hub. Due to the complexity of our product, we need to hire a CSS with a technical profile to support more efficiently our customers. A Day In the Life Interact with customers and manage inquiries via phone, e-mail, and our CRM support tool. Respond to customer queries by utilizing product knowledge and or resource tools to research, follow-up, ensure appropriate escalation if applicable and document resolution details. Assist customers with completing transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, while understanding their specific requirements Communicate with partners and various departments within our organization to ensure an integrated approach to managing our customers’ relationships. Administer customer training on various functions. Document support procedures and solutions for common issues Assist with training team members. Basic Qualifications Customer Service and/or Operations experience supporting a software application. Customer management skills. Verbal and written communication both in English and Spanish. Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience. Experience working independently and in a team environment, which requires listening to group members, sharing knowledge and assuming responsibility to ensure success in any efforts. Qualifications Experience working with supply chain management software and/or logistics management software. Experience with Freight Forwarders, Logistics Service Providers and Carriers Experience with International Trade, Incoterms Familiarity with EDI or technical mapping. Experience working in a client service, account management, or a similar client-facing role. Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
