Role Summary And Impact Choreograph is seeking a (Associate) Director, Data Strategy (Agency/Client(s)/ Market) who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Data Strategy team to drive adoption of the Open Media Studio (OMS) Platform across GroupM agencies and clients, accelerating the use of data to inform brilliant advertising strategies. The role involves managing agency client satisfaction, commercial health, and understanding of our platform, solutions, and consulting services. Responsibilities include program managing and coordinating RFI responses, supporting current accounts by drafting solutions designs, demoing our OMS platform to clients and agencies, driving adoption plans and education, and becoming an expert in our products and capabilities to enable OMS adoption across our entire client base. Who You Are Client Leader: You are a leader with a deep understanding of data products and technology, able to guide Choreograph into the future. Relationship Builder: You possess the ability to effectively engage with clients and agency partners, nurturing relationships that drive success. Passionate Advocate: You are passionate about leveraging data to create unbeatable advantages for our clients while building trust and understanding with their customers. What You Will Do Support Data Strategy for Clients: Leverage Data Strategy personnel to help clients answer data questions, rationalize decisions, and set foundations for smart, audience‑led, analytically driven media plans and advertising tactics. Drive Platform Adoption: Work with Data Strategy leadership to grow the Choreograph platform adoption by managing responses in new business acquisition and coordinating across existing client and agency teams. Drive Agency Engagement: Serve as the face of Choreograph to agency partners, leading engagement efforts and maintaining a steady educational cadence with key agency employee cohorts. Support Solution Success: Draft solutions designs, deliver walkthroughs and demos of OMS, coordinate Open Instance and OMS deployment and configuration, and identify additional use cases for feedback to product teams. Engagement Plans: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed engagement plans that guarantee client success in a proactive manner. Product Partnership: Become an expert in our products and platform and communicate their capabilities to both internal and external audiences. Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies and provide thought leadership that sets Choreograph apart as an industry expert. Skills And Experience Client Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a client‑management role within AdTech or Advertising or a closely related field, in a highly matrixed organization with a track record of successful outcomes. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data products, technology, and trends within the advertising and marketing industry with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Consultative Selling: Understanding of consultative selling and the ability to understand client needs, articulate the value proposition of our platform, and tailor solutions effectively. Customer Focus: Relentless focus on customer success and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and long‑term relationships. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills; this role hinges on effective interaction with clients and agency partners. Preferred Candidates Demonstrable experience driving technology adoption in a SaaS/PaaS environment. Experience designing and deploying data strategies with large, multinational brands for paid media and advertising. Experience working with large marketing agencies.
