Job Description We are seeking an experienced SalesManager who combines a strong hunter profile with account management skills. The ideal candidate has a solid network in the hospitality market and thrives in a high-activity commercial environment. While managing key accounts is essential, success in this position depends on consistently generating new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and maintaining a strong daily rhythm of activity. Experience with interactive TV, casting solutions, guest Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, or hospitality IT is a strong advantage. This position is based in our Cancún office, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate. Responsibilities йиғин> New Business Development: Keep a high weekly volume of commercial activity: meetings, calls, demos, follow‑ups, proposals, and on‑site visits. Actively hunt for new opportunities within existing accounts and across the hospitality market. Follow up quickly on all inbound leads from the website, expos, marketing campaigns, and industry events to maximize conversion. Develop and manage a robust pipeline using both outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling. Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes quickly to support a high‑volume sales motion. Work towards KPIs related to activity, pipeline growth, proposals delivered, and opportunities opened. Key Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key hotel accounts and ensure strong, long‑term relationships with each client. Conduct regular business reviews, satisfaction meetings, and on‑site visits. Lead contract renewals and SLA negotiations to protect recurring revenue. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring fast, accurate communication and problem resolution. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that align with each client’s operational and guest‑experience goals. Sales Process Execution: Lead the complete sales хорошие from qualification and proposal creation to negotiation, closing, and project kick‑off. Work cross‑functionally with engineering, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful implementations. Conduct post‑sales evaluations to confirm satisfaction and identify ongoing opportunities. Provide accurate monthly reports, forecasts, and account updates using internal CRM and sales tools. Actively participate in expos, industry events, and Nonius marketing activities. Must Have Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the hospitality market. Demonstrated ability to meet high activity KPIs — meetings, demos, site visits, proposals, and follow‑ups. Flexibility to travel, valid passport and driver’s license is required. Strong hunter profile with proven success generating pipeline and opening new accounts. Solid track record managing and growing key hotel accounts. Established network of hotel owners,ümay executives, management companies and hospitality stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Management, or a related field. Fluency in both Spanish and English. Nice to Have Experience with interactive TV, casting solutions, guest Wi‑Fi, network, infrastructure or hospitality IT.
