This role focuses on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to drive cost reduction and performance improvements.JOB SUMMARYBD- Industrial Engineering or any major relatedEnglish conversational skills proficient- MUSTExperience in the automotive or manufacturing industry-For this positionStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.The candidate is required to have at least three years of prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.WILL BE A PLUS IF THE CANDIDATE HAS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AIRBAGS OR STEERING WHEEL PROCESSPreferred Skills:Experience with automotive production systems.Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.CHALLENGESTiming availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know- how.Travel availabilityThis position reports to a Engineering ManagerIt’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidatesExperience minimum 4 years in automotive industry, as Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer or CI Engineer- The candidate is required to have at least three years of prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in automotive industry:Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing and support processes.Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects.Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools (5S, VSM, SMED, SPC, root cause analysis, PDCA, DMAIC).Monitor and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.Support problem-solving activities for quality issues, scrap reduction, and customer complaints.Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams.Standardize processes and ensure sustainability of improvements.Train and coach employees on continuous improvement methodologies.Support audits and compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 as applicable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
