Fleet Sales Supervisor

Descripción del trabajo Promote the fleet sales of the Stellantis vehicles. Hold one-on-one meetings with customers. Act as fleet processes advisor with Stellantis dealerships. Manage special rebate programs with lease companies. Develop specific pricing programs for certain customers. Propose market and product actions in the fleet segment. Develop specific dealerships in the fleet market. Assist with ordering and logistics processes for dealer network. Train dealer network on fleet processes. Manage travel expenses and administration. Administer fleet sponsor budget. Understand the structure of private company fleets, government bid key information, and processes. Act as Sales Controller / Pricing walks and fleet price list (daily and monthly). Serve as Logistic representative / IBT and OBT follow-up (daily). Act as Volume Planning Analyst (ordering, availability and production follow-up daily). Collaborate with dealer principals or general managers on fleet KPIs, commercial action plans and negotiations (weekly). Requisitos Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering or Marketing. Master’s degree (desirable). English proficiency: intermediate/advanced. Experience: 8‑10 years in a similar position. Excellent Excel skills. Strong analytical capabilities. In‑depth understanding of the fleet market and main channels. Proven experience in one‑on‑one negotiations and sales closing. Ability to deliver commercial presentations to dealer principals, company executives and owners.
