Job Overview : We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Leader to spearhead our growth strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and technological advancements to expand partnerships, optimize referral pipelines, and drive revenue growth. Job Responsibilities : Develop and execute a data-backed business development roadmap to increase partnerships and referrals. Identify new facility partnerships with medical providers, body shops, towing services, and insurance agencies to enhance service offerings. Leverage CRM systems (Filevine, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track referrals, engagement levels, and conversion rates, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Use real-time analytics dashboards to monitor lead sources, optimize referral pathways, and measure ROI on partnerships. Key Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in business development, revenue growth, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Master of Data & Reporting—you love analyzing, tracking, and optimizing business development metrics. Tech-Driven & Automation-Focused—you understand CRM systems, AI-based recruitment tools, and automation platforms to improve efficiency. A Strategic Leader—you can build and scale a high-performing business development team with a growth-focused, data-driven approach.
