Auditar y dar seguimiento a los canales de atención de las diferentes audiencias (Conductores, Usuarios privados y Usuarios Corp) Garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos, procesos y políticas de servicio establecidas para el desarrollo de las actividades de atención. Asegurar la correcta y oportuna respuesta a los canales de comunicación internos y externos. Garantizar el cumplimiento y productividad de auditorías solicitadas. Monitorear los KPIs definidos, asegurando el performance adecuado e identificando desviaciones para corregirlas a tiempo. Realizar diagnósticos exhaustivos de los problemas identificados en las distintas operaciones y reportar oportunamente los hallazgos. Plantear iniciativas de mejora constantemente, sustentadas en los análisis y diagnósticos. Elaborar diagnósticos a través de herramientas de análisis, coordinar acciones de mejora y monitorear métricas clave. ¿Qué buscamos? Carrera en ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas contabilidad o afines con al menos 2 años de experiência en mejora de procesos operativos, consultoría, atención a clientes o campos afines. Conocimiento de diseño y rediseño de procesos operativos, creación de manuales, flujogramas e indicadores de gestión. Proactividad, asertividad y pasión Mentalidad analítica y data-driven, con experiência en resolución de problemas Excelente manejo de Microsoft Excel o Google Sheets. Inglés básico ¿Qué ofrecemos?
