Executive Assistant - CI Group CI Group, a media and advertising company based in NYC, specializes in large-scale, high‑profile projects, including the renowned CIBook, a 100‑year cultural time capsule project. As we build CI Group from the ground up, we’re seeking an Executive Assistant who is organized, persuasive, and adaptable. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will primarily support CI Group’s internal operations and logistics. This role requires someone highly detail-oriented and resourceful who can work independently, negotiate costs effectively, and manage both business and occasional personal responsibilities. The position is in person, with some remote flexibility based on project needs. Compensation ranges from $12,000‑$15,000 MXN per month, depending on interview performance. This is a contractor position. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, book meetings, and anticipate scheduling needs. Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for business travel, ensuring cost‑effective bookings. Vendor & Deal Negotiation: Contact vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate favorable terms and secure deals, always aiming to get the best value for CI Group. Document & Communication Management: Organize, file, and retrieve business documents, contracts, and communications efficiently to streamline day‑to‑day operations. Event Support: Assist in preparing and coordinating meetings and events for CI Group’s key projects, especially the CIBook. Professional Communication: Draft internal communications and oversee correspondence for logistical purposes, ensuring polished and professional messaging. Task Prioritization & Workflow Management: Monitor and prioritize the CEO’s tasks to maintain productivity and manage multiple projects seamlessly. Key Qualifications Strong negotiation skills with a knack for getting cost-effective deals. Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities. Proficient in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work professionally and confidentially. Must be persuasive, adaptable, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and a problem solver.
