If you believe in our mission to help unlock borderless growth too, come join the MetaMap team About the Role Responsibilities Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs. Develop & leverage metrics to inform recruiting decisions. Skills & Experience Penchant towards metrics, 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Ideally, in‑house at a tech company, corporate and at an agency. Experience recruiting for Sales/ GTM/ Marketing and other roles in a technical environment sourced through various channels. Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. Experience working with recruiting and people‑related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing tools. Solid communication, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results through an analytical and data‑driven approach. Fluent in English, Spanish/Portuguese.
