Responsabilidades: Analizar datos y generar insights accionables que impulsen decisiones estratégicas de marketing digital. Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de Customer Marketing (CMK) y comunicación. Medir resultados y generar reportes de KPIs clave (ventas, tráfico, CTR, ROAS, crecimiento de base de datos). Colaborar con equipos regionales, agencias y socios comerciales para asegurar campañas integradas y efectivas . Supervisar la correcta implementación de contenidos y experiencias digitales Requisitos Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Publicidad, Ingeniería Industrial o de Datos (orientada a Marketing) . +2 años de experiencia en Marketing Digital, Customer Marketing o Email Marketing . Inglés conversacional avanzado. Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos ( SQL, Excel, Power BI ) y CRM / redes sociales. Deseable experiencia en plataformas de e-commerce (Amazon / MELI Ads).
