Run what runs the world.Denna position rapporterar till: EL Sales Support Special.-Sales ProcessThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. The work model for the role is: L-Hybrid.In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.ResponsibilitiesOffering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.Delivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other Engineering or relevant equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years with ABB and GE productsIn depth knowledge of ABB and GE and competitor residential, distribution, and control products, including load centers, transformers, modular metering, industrial breakers, panel boards, motor control, pushbuttons, safety switches, and programming MODBUSStrong team orientation and strong interpersonal skillsStrong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate in English with US Customers via the phone and emailAbility to work with all levels of the organizationVi värdesätter människor med olika bakgrund.
