🚀 Sobre la posiciónBuscamos a un Head of Sales con visión estratégica y enfoque a resultados que lidere el crecimiento comercial en México, Perú, Chile y Colombia . Este rol será responsable de escalar la presencia regional, consolidar relaciones comerciales de alto nivel y fortalecer el revenue del negocio en mercados enterprise.Trabajarás con equipos de Account Executives y Presales enfocados en generación de demanda y gestión de oportunidades, impulsando un modelo comercial consultivo, sólido y altamente competitivo.🎯 Responsabilidades claveEstrategia Comercial & RevenueDiseñar e implementar la estrategia de ventas regional (new business & retention).Impulsar el crecimiento en mercados enterprise y large market.Identificar oportunidades estratégicas y diseñar planes de penetración y expansión.Liderazgo ComercialDirigir, desarrollar y motivar equipos de ventas en varios países.Impulsar una cultura de alto desempeño, ownership y accountability.Acompañar negociaciones clave y deals de alto impacto.Pipeline & Procesos ComercialSupervisar, optimizar y dar visibilidad al pipeline con enfoque consultivo.Alinear esfuerzos con equipos de Presales en la generación de leads.Asegurar procesos eficientes, documentados y orientados a métricas.Ventas Consultivas B2BLiderar negociaciones con CFOs, CPOs, C-level y stakeholders estratégicos.Comprender necesidades enterprise y construir propuestas basadas en ROI.Facilitar la adopción de soluciones tipo SAP (procurement & supply modules).Alineación Estratégica del NegocioColaborar con producto, marketing y revenue para potenciar el crecimiento.Entregar insights de mercado que impulsen mejoras al portafolio SaaS.Representar a la compañía en eventos, foros y con clientes clave.🧩 Requisitos del perfilFormaciónLicenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Negocios, Economía o afín.Especialización en ventas o liderazgo comercial (deseable).Experiencia7+ años en roles comerciales en SaaS, tecnología o enterprise solutions.Experiencia liderando equipos B2B con enfoque “hunter growth”.Historial comprobable de cierre de ventas enterprise.Deseable : experiencia con soluciones tipo SAP / Oracle o plataformas de procurement.Experiencia impulsando crecimiento regional en LatAm.Perfil hands‑on, enérgico, con fuerte liderazgo e influencia.Inglés avanzado - indispensableDominio de metodologías consultivas (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).Pasaporte vigente💼 OfrecemosEsquema 100% remoto en México.Salario CompetitivoOportunidad de liderar una expansión regional en crecimiento acelerado.Ambiente dinámico, colaborativo y con visión de alto impacto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
