Our Client is one of largest TV providers in North America and we are looking for a Client Reliability Engineer with strong Technical Program Management skills to lead the reliability improvement roadmap across our streaming applications.Responsibilities:This hybrid role combines program ownership, technical depth, and analytical discipline, driving end-to-end KPI improvement initiatives across multiple client platforms (Roku, FireTV, iOS/tvOS, Android/AndroidTV. Web, Tizen, etc.). You'll oversee the lifecycle of reliability programs from identifying opportunities through KPI data, coordinating investigations, aligning stakeholders, and tracking progress to measurable improvement.Mandatory Skills Description:Proven Technical Program Management experience owing complex, cross-functional reliability or platform improvement initiativesStrong data analysis skillsBackground in system engineering or client platform developmentExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrated ability to drive alignment and accountability across multiple teams and vendorsAbility to utilize AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiencyNice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience with streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, DRM systems)Familiar with video player metrics and instrumentationKnowledge of CDN performance, caching behavior, and ad techExperience using observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, etc.)Languages:~ English: C1 Advanced
