Our Client is one of largest TV providers in North America and we are looking for a Client Reliability Engineer with strong Technical Program Management skills to lead the reliability improvement roadmap across our streaming applications. Responsibilities: This hybrid role combines program ownership, technical depth, and analytical discipline, driving end-to-end KPI improvement initiatives across multiple client platforms (Roku, FireTV, iOS/tvOS, Android/AndroidTV. Web, Tizen, etc.). You'll oversee the lifecycle of reliability programs from identifying opportunities through KPI data, coordinating investigations, aligning stakeholders, and tracking progress to measurable improvement. Mandatory Skills Description: • Proven Technical Program Management experience owing complex, cross-functional reliability or platform improvement initiatives listed on your CV • Strong data analysis skills • Background in system engineering or client platform development • Excellent verbal and written communication • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and accountability across multiple teams and vendors • Ability to utilize AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency Nice-to-Have Skills Description: • Experience with streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, DRM systems)• Familiar with video player metrics and instrumentation • Knowledge of CDN performance, caching behavior, and ad tech • Experience using observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, etc.) Languages: English: C1 Advanced
