Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Mexico City, Mexico, with the opportunity for some remote work. As a Junior Manager for Undergraduate Sales, you will manage recruitment processes for undergraduate students, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, parents, and prospective students. Additional responsibilities include participating in fairs and events, conducting enrollment follow-ups, analyzing market data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance enrollment processes and student outreach. Qualifications Sales and marketing abilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship buildingStrong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skillsProficiency in market research, data analysis, and planningOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesAdaptability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote and in-office settingsFluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldsKnowledge or experience in higher education recruitment is an advantageA proactive, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
