Starting in 2026, Enterprise will be one of Cubbo’s most strategic growth channels, and this role will be central to defining and scaling that channel within fintech and ecommerce, where Cubbo can become truly embedded in the transaction layer. The Role As Enterprise Sales Lead at CUBBO, you will build, define, and scale Cubbo’s enterprise motion for fintech and ecommerce companies. This role owns a clearly defined industry scope, even if not stated in the title. You will focus on the most demanding and high‑impact use cases in these sectors, where reliability, speed, compliance, and customer experience are business‑critical. This is a builder role, combining enterprise‑level selling with strategic construction. You will not inherit a fully formed playbook—you will help create it. You will work closely with the Co‑Founders and senior leadership, owning enterprise outcomes within your industry scope. What You’ll Do Build the Enterprise Sales Motion (Industry‑Specific) Define Cubbo’s enterprise GTM strategy for fintech and ecommerce Shape ICPs, messaging, deal structures, and sales motion for these industries Create and iterate playbooks based on real enterprise deals Provide input into pricing, packaging, and risk frameworks relevant to these verticals Enterprise Revenue Ownership Own and exceed enterprise new revenue targets within fintech and ecommerce Manage long‑cycle, high‑ACV opportunities with multiple stakeholders Lead deals end‑to‑end: discovery → solution design → negotiation → close Network‑Led Growth (Critical) Leverage and expand your existing network in fintech and ecommerce Open doors at C‑level, VP, and Director levels through relationships and credibility Generate pipeline through trust, referrals, and strategic outreach Consultative, Platform‑Led Selling Diagnose deep operational, financial, and CX challenges specific to fintech and ecommerce Position Cubbo as infrastructure, not a point solution Co‑design solutions with Ops, Tech, Product, and Finance teams Negotiation & Deal Structuring Lead complex negotiations involving legal, finance, procurement, and risk teams Structure long‑term, win‑win agreements aligned with Cubbo’s platform vision Internal Leadership & Signal Creation Act as the voice of fintech and ecommerce enterprise customers internally Bring clarity to ambiguity and drive cross‑functional alignment Set the standard for enterprise sales execution within your vertical scope What We’re Looking For Experience & Background Proven experience closing enterprise B2B deals in fintech and/or ecommerce Strong understanding of fintech and ecommerce business models Experience navigating complex organizations and long buying cycles Comfortable building in ambiguity, without a predefined machine Fulfillment or logistics experience is a plus, but fintech and ecommerce fluency is essential.
